  1. Introduction
    By using WA-Links (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, including all related policies incorporated by reference.
  2. Definitions
    Client/You: A registered user or business using WA-Links services.
    WA-Links: A platform facilitating WhatsApp-based communication tools.
    WhatsApp Business Services: Includes the WhatsApp Business Platform/API and other Meta services.
  3. Service Description
    WA-Links provides automation, template messaging, chat routing, and analytics services through the WhatsApp Business API in accordance with Meta’s guidelines.
    You are solely responsible for:
    • Ensuring your messages comply with WhatsApp’s Messaging Policy
    • Acquiring proper opt-in from recipients
    • Using approved message templates
  4. Eligibility
    To use our services:
    • You must provide accurate business information.
    • You must be a registered legal entity.
    • You may not use our platform if your WhatsApp Business Account was previously disabled or banned.
  5. Compliance & Acceptable Use
    You agree to:
    • Comply with all applicable laws (including local, privacy, and data protection laws).
    • Not use WA-Links for illegal or prohibited content (e.g., gambling, adult content, healthcare advice, etc.).
    • Follow WhatsApp’s Business Terms and Commerce Policy.
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse.
  6. Messaging Policy
    You must:
    • Send messages only to users who have provided clear opt-in.
    • Use message templates approved by Meta.
    • Respect the 24-hour user-initiated conversation window.
    WA-Links may disable messaging for violations and will report abusive behavior to WhatsApp/Meta.
  7. Data & Privacy
    We process personal data only to provide our services. You grant us rights to act as a Data Processor under applicable law (including WhatsApp’s Data Processing Terms).
    We implement security practices as outlined in WhatsApp’s Data Security Terms.
  8. Service Provider Clause
    If you're using WA-Links as a service provider for third parties:
    • You are responsible for their compliance.
    • You must ensure client migration support if requested by Meta or WhatsApp.
  9. Suspension and Termination
    WA-Links may suspend or terminate accounts for:
    • Breach of WhatsApp or our terms
    • Spamming or unlawful behavior
    • Security or compliance concerns
    No refunds are issued in the case of termination for policy violations.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    We provide the platform “as-is”. WA-Links is not liable for:
    • WhatsApp API downtime or changes
    • Meta platform restrictions or bans
    • Loss of revenue or data
    Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using our services.
  11. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. However, WhatsApp services used through this platform are governed by the jurisdiction specified in WhatsApp's Terms.
